From James, the owner, James, the service technician to the installation team—everyone was professional, friendly, and easy to work with. Their pricing was also significantly more reasonable than some of their competitors. We couldn’t be happier that we chose to go with them!
Had an awesome experience with Perfect Degree HVAC. Had a mini- split installed in our attic. The work was super clean, professionally done, and completed in basically half a day. Mark, the owner, was incredibly responsive & knowledgeable from the initial phone call all the way through the final install. Stress free, and incredibly smooth process from start to finish. Can’t recommend Perfect Degree enough.
He did a very thorough job. I had issues with my central air and my split air conditioner. The main system was an easy fix: he spotted it quickly and had the part with him. The split system wasn’t so easy, but he took his time, took it all apart and fixed the issue. Overall very happy and will be keeping them as my HVAC company :)
I highly recommend Perfect Degree HVAC. Mark was extremely efficient and informative. We were in the middle of a heat wave when my AC stopped working. He gave me multiple options knowing this and the fact that I was in the process of getting a new roof! He followed up immediately to address any concerns or questions. Perfect Degree HVAC is excellent! I found them by chance on the web when my AC was on the fritz on a very, very hot Sunday in September 2023. I received a response to my voice call immediately and within 30 minutes, the owner, Mark, was onsite to evaluate my problem. From what I told him, he knew almost immediately what the problem could be. He was right! Fortunately, he had the part on the truck, replaced the old one and my A/C was up and running very quickly! My HVAC system was at least 30 years old and Perfect Degree was probably the only company who would service it. I decided to have someone come out and give me estimates on replacing the entire system. By end of October 2023, all of the work was completed. Mark and his team of experts from the evaluator and estimator to the service techs was unbelievable. They finished the job in just over a day with no issues. They cleaned everything up and left my basement how they found it (except with a new HVAC system :) They kept me posted along the way and met with me afterwards to show me the new system, bells and whistles and how to work my new thermostat. They have done the summer and winter maintenances as scheduled. Again, with no issues. They are always available for questions and issues. I might point out that I haven't had any issues. I recommend their service and skills to anyone. Perfect Degree is a keeper!
