Couldn't have asked for better technicians than Ben and Peter. After explaining what needed to be done including prices Ben installed a New hot water heater and a New faucet in my home. His work looks good and it's nice to have hot water again also a faucet that I no longer need to caulk. Peter thoroughly inspected my Air conditioning system inside and outside then explained what needs to be done. These gentlemen were very professional and thoughtful. I appreciate that so much, they were a pleasure to do business with, I'd recommend them for sure ‼️
Of course it was an emergency situation and other plumbing companies we called didn’t answer the phone. One well known company didn’t arrive at promised time. It was our water heater that went. Horizon answered the phone with a pleasant, live person and scheduled our service for the next morning which was a Sunday. Douglas Chatman arrived on time, and assessed the problem almost right away. He explained what was wrong and let us know potential costs and alternatives that may have been less costly. Mr. Chatman did a fantastic job replacing our hot water heater as well as bringing our old venting system and duct work up to code in just a few hours. Doug was thorough, respectful of our home, and friendly. No high pressure sale of something we didn’t need. Just good work. I’m very pleased with his work and will not hesitate to call Horizon for all our plumbing needs and ask for Doug Chatman.
Installed a new HVAC unit ! Whole process from initial consultation to select system, sell financing options to Installation was completed by professionals! Impressive work by Installation team lead Rob and John ! Clean-up after left the work area spotless clean, Thank you Ro and John! A long day of work though was done with immaculate precision and structured approach. The customer satisfaction is top priority for Horizon organization and it shows in the employee performance. Even though it was a long day , Rob was patient to check all systems and explain us all system, maintenance needs. A detailed tour of Honeywell Thermostat was done with Mobile app that helps a remote control. Very good work and Kudos to the team Horizon! A 10 year warranty on all parts and labor is unparalleled; gives us a peace of mind! Definitely worth the price tag!

Johnathan was wonderful! He came to our house last night and immediately identified the problem with our air conditioner. He fixed it in no time! He was very professional and friendly and fun to talk to. Most importantly, our air conditioner is working great! PLEASE NOTE: This morning when I tried to leave a great review for Johnathan, I by mistake hit the wrong button, indicating that we weren’t pleased with his work. So I called the company, and a nice person suggested I just send another one!
