I would give SK Heating and Air more than five stars if I could!! From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. Peggy was an absolute pleasure to speak with by phone. I very much appreciated her friendliness and guidance. The service itself was also outstanding. I had the privilege of having Koz check my non-functioning condenser. His calm and professional demeanor immediately put me at ease, and his ability to explain everything clearly was impressive. I especially appreciated his consideration of wearing shoe covers inside. Koz welcomed all my questions and even took the time to check a small insulation job I had done myself. Thank you, Koz! I will absolutely call SK Heating and Air for future checkups and service, and I would not hesitate to recommend this company to friends and family.
Wow, just wow! Victor came out same day to perform AC maintenance on my HVAC system. He gave me an entire educational session explaining every part and how the entire thing operates! He was not pushy about anything, did not try to oversell or sell me on anything, and answered every one of my questions! The nicest guy around! Went above and beyond and I can’t thank him enough! Would highly highly recommend!
I have been using SK for quite sometime, always a 5 star experience. Victor came to house to explore an issue and found out not an AC issue. Victor than did a service/tuneup and explained everything while he did it. He is excellent, super polite and very knowledgeable. This is why I always use SK, there service is the best.
I was able to get an appointment the same day after my AC stopped working, which was great given the time of year (middle of the summer). Antonio was awesome, really friendly and identified the issue quickly. He explained what part needed to be replaced and gave me suggestions on ac unit upkeep. My AC started working again immediately and I’m super grateful.
