Compass Energy was delightful to work with. The office staff are excellent, we spoke to Hailey this time and she was very friendly and understanding. Our AC units needed regular maintenance service but also weren't cooling properly, and she worked to be able to fit us into the schedule. We received text confirmation of our appointment which was nice. Craig was a terrific technician, he phoned to let us know he was on the way (on time!) was very friendly and professional, and did an excellent job. We are very pleased, will continue our preventative maintenance and would recommend!
Our service person who came out to do the initial survey and estimate was excellent. The individual installer was excellent. The only issue was the overprice for the electrician. Felt he was a little high in pricing. Overall it was a great job by Compass.
Service technicians were prompt, polite and professional. They removed the old duct work replaced it with new. The service men cleaned up and hauled the old duct work away. The job went very well and a/c is working great. I am well pleased with the service. I would highly recommend Compass Energy .
Compass Energy was wonderful!! We had no air conditioning and it was 90 degrees. I called Compass Energy at 8:00 pm and Craig came out by 10:00 pm and fixed our ac unit! He was very professional and nice and fixed our unit! We really appreciate Compass Energy coming out past hours and the night before a holiday! We will definitely refer them to our community and friends.
The technician arrived on time, was professional, and clearly knowledgeable about the system. They performed a thorough inspection, addressed a couple of minor issues proactively, and made sure everything was running smoothly before leaving. Their communication was clear throughout the process, and the service report was detailed and easy to understand. It’s reassuring to know the unit is being maintained by a team that takes pride in doing things right. Overall, the Compass tech continues to deliver reliable and efficient service. We’re confident our unit is in good hands.
