Buckle up this is going to be a long one. We got a brand new heating and air system few years back, We are currently under contract. They were suppose to come out and service it. They canceled due to some family emergency. 1 week later in June maybe beginning of July. Our system was not working. We now have to buy 2 air conditioner units because the technician said it's going to get hot and you'll need them. 400 dollars later. So They had a technician come out. Told us he would have the part shipped to his house and should be here in a few days. The office called me the next day and said we would have to wait 3 weeks for the new part to be put in. * I am frustrated at this point because one person telling me one thing another something different. We get the new part put in and you will never believe it! We need another part replaced but they wouldn't have known if they didn't change the other part. So we wait another few more weeks to have this new part put in. They put it in and it still doesn't work. So now we have the senior tech come out and he says your under contract they should have been cleaning the coils no wonder it's working so hard we will now have to change your compressor and it will be 650.00 ...even under contract?? Guess what we are now into September and I STILL DONT HAVE AIR. we are waiting for another tech to come out tomorrow and see what is wrong this time. How do we get charged 650 for a new compressor because they didn't follow thru on their end of the contract and their servicing. So maybe I'll air next summer. And I'm hoping I have heat this winter.
I have delt with Griffith Energy (Carl King) for about 9 years now. I had representation for my Mom to make the calls for fuel, service, etc. and now for myself. The techs have always been 100% wonderful. One gentleman has been coming for years. Eric John always friendly, always with a smile, puts up with all my questions about what’s that? Or what does that do? Etc, always very clean. He is genuinely like Family. Mom always gave him a hug. I highly recommend him and Carl King.
I am a new home owner and I always do my homework when it comes to Any type of service for my home.. Well at this time I can say that my first call to Griffith Energy was professional and productive. The Tech Daniel came out to evaluate my Oil Tank System. I thought he was professional and honest! I knew what needed to be done and then my appointment was scheduled for the work to be performed. I was pleasantly surprised at the Cost and also the promptness of the Techs.. They came out Dec. 24th = Christmas Eve...And what a Christmas Gift... You just may have a New Customer... Have A Very Happy New Year 2020... Griffith Energy!!!
Technician Eric John worked on my air conditioner on Saturday and he did a fantastic job! He not only came to my home at 6:30 pm in the evening. He was at my home within 30 minutes after I placed the call. He was very pleasant and very informative about what was needed to repair the unit. I will definitely call Carl King again. Thanks for all of your help Eric!
Today Daniel Hays came to my home (once again 02/20/20) to do preventive maintenance on our furnace. He was timely, polite, efficient, and acted as a true gentleman. He was very careful to wipe his feet each time he had to enter, used a drop cloth to protect our carpet, and when he left you couldn't even tell he had been here, except the furnace was tuned up. :-) We could not be more happy with our service.
