My AC wasn't working properly and they sent their technician George out the same day. He was polite and cleanly, putting shoe booties on before entering my home. They were also very reasonably priced. We will definitely use them again.
I've been using Associates Contracting for years now. I've never had a bad experience. In fact just the opposite. I often have a clue as to the problem with my HVAC. Just enough to be dangerous. Associates has never tried to upsell me on anything. Sometimes it's just the service call fee. They may not be the least expensive however their doing what needs to be done and only what is truly necessary makes them a better deal.
Steve is the best. I always request him when I need servicing. Honest as the day is long. I always recommend Associates.
