Extremely reliable. Will do their best to work into scheduling for actual emergency. Provide work around until parts/equipment arrives for final fix. They do everything they can to make sure your business keeps going when "the reality of life" happens. Honest about your equipment and if it should be replaced and cost if it does and exactly what the upgrade will give you and their opinion if it's cost effective.
